About Us

As a plumber in Colchester we offer a reliable, affordable and proffesional Plumbing and Heating Service to Colchester and the surrounding areas. We specialise in boiler changes both gas and oil, but offer a full Plumbing and Heating service from repairing a dripping tap to installing a full central heating system.

We started our own Company in 1990 after completing a comprehensive 5 year apprenticeship working for a local Company within the Colchester area and continued to gain further experience with the same Company for a further 2 years.

We have now employed our youngest son (Matthew) into the family run business.  He is fully qualified and Gas Safe registered following a 4 year,  day release apprenticeship at Colchester Institute.

The service from start to finish was excellent; you replied promptly to the initial enquiry, arranged a date to asses the work, Paul turned up (sounds obvious, but others didn’t), provided a quote (again obvious but others didn’t) and arranged a date for the work. 

On top of that the young man who carried out the work – your son I believe – was prompt, courteous and a genuine pleasure to deal with. 

Rest assured now that we have found you we will not look at Check-a-trade for plumbing or heating help ever again!
